You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
3. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
4. Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized products.
- Intimate apparel (e.g., underwear).
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
5. Return Process

- Fill out Return Form: Complete the return form provided by our customer service.
- Ship the Item: Send the item back to us at the address provided by our customer service.
6. Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
7. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- The refund will be processed within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
8. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item, subject to availability.
